Clinical Supervision + Case Consultation
A thoughtful, relational space for therapists to reflect, deepen, and grow
As a therapist, you hold so much — the nuance of trauma work, the edges of uncertainty, the emotional load of others. And while you're trained to support others, you also deserve a space of your own. A space to slow down, reflect, ask questions, and feel resourced in your practice.
Supervision and consultation with me offers just that: a space to bring your clinical questions, ethical dilemmas, countertransference, somatic responses, and professional goals — all held with care, curiosity, and collaborative reflection.
This is not about performance. It’s about support. It’s about grounding yourself in your clinical intuition, deepening your embodiment as a therapist, and staying aligned with your values as you show up for others.
My approach to supervision is integrative and trauma-informed.
I offer a grounded, supportive space that honours both the complexity of clinical work and the humanity of the clinician doing it. My framework draws from:
Polyvagal Theory — to attune to what’s happening in the nervous system (yours and your clients’), and support regulation and co-regulation
Internal Family Systems (IFS) — to notice and work with the therapist’s inner system (e.g. parts that feel inadequate, anxious, overfunctioning, or activated by clients)
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) — to explore relational dynamics and attachment patterns within your clients’ stories and within the therapeutic alliance
Somatic & Mind-Body Practices — to explore what’s arising not just cognitively, but somatically — where are you holding? Bracing? Moving from instinct or alignment?
Psychodynamic & Trauma-Informed Lenses — to explore transference/countertransference, attachment wounds, and systemic influences
Ethical and Reflective Practice — grounded in the OCSWSSW standards, while also holding space for the real-world tension and nuance of clinical decision-making
Supervision may be right for you if:
You’re an early-career or seasoned therapist seeking a reflective, embodied supervision space
You’re navigating complex trauma work and want support holding it sustainably
You’re noticing countertransference, emotional fatigue, or overwhelm
You want to feel more confident in your clinical decision-making
You’re seeking a supervision space that’s warm, relational, anti-oppressive, and rooted in nervous system care
You’re integrating somatic or mind-body practices and want supervision that understands that nuance
What working together looks like:
Supervision sessions are 55 minutes and held online. You can come with a case, a question, an emotional reaction, or simply a need to reconnect with your center as a clinician. These sessions are a collaborative space — not a performance evaluation — and are offered with the intention of supporting you in your professional growth, clarity, and resilience.
As I primarily work with adult populations, I only provide clinical supervision and case consultation to clients working with youth over 16 years of age or to adult populations.
Note: I provide clinical supervision for Registered Social Workers (RSWs) and Registered Psychotherapists (RPs) and am familiar with the ethical frameworks and practice standards of both.
