Instead of asking:
Do we have love? Am I getting love?
Can we reflect and ask:
Do we love well?

I’ve started re-reading the book “A Path with Heart” by @jack_kornfield (photo of book above). I love the opening of the first chapter Anticipation is in the “eye of the beholder”. The meaning we make from it is based on the mindset of the individual.

Today, let’s focus on the sense of TOUCH to help get rooted into the present moment.

Touch is probably the sense I am most drawn to in times when I am feeling ungrounded and unse Getting Grounded with the Senses During Unsettling Times (3/5).

Like many, I have noticed myself spending more time indoors. It’s not simply the cold weather, but it has much to do with the side effects of the pandemic. Working from home. And/ Getting Grounded with the Senses During Unsettling Times (2/5)

A common concern that has been presenting itself for many of my clients is the anxiety that arises with going outside, into public spaces (i.e. grocery stores, work environments, school During today’s walk, I took a mindful moment at a stream close to home. I found in these moments, respite from the whirlwind of stressors occurring in the world.

What better way to keep yourself company tha As we come into a new month, can we remember to shed the past, honour the endings, step into spaciousness, so that we can enter into new beginnings with grace and openness 💫

The underlying message that we need to be productive to be successful.  Work-life balance has shaken many during this time. Those looki Owl sighting today 🦉 

The symbolism behind the owl varies. But the one that resonated for me is the one where the owl is a symbol of wisdom and intuition; as well as it being symbolic of life transitions and change.

All of us at some point will experience some form of mental health concern and/or know someone in our lives going through mental health concerns.

To be present, to wholeheartedly listen, to find ways to continue to grow together... and ultimately contribute to each other’s happiness.

Personally, the end of this summer season has brought about some uncertainty surrounding what this season might mean for us - the returning to school for s 🌹 Abundance v.s Scarcity 🥀(3/3).

By practicing gratitude, there is an emphasis on appreciating what already is. Helping to cultivate a spacious attitude of abundance rather than the diminishing attitude of scarcity.
